SUNSET TO THE WEST – MOON-RISE TO THE EAST

We’re in the middle of spectacular skyscapes  in the environs of  our World Natural Heritage Site – the Southern Hemisphere.    Sunset to the west – moon-rise in the east….. what a magic evening in our wildlife reserve.

This is a beautiful season with springtime where you often awake to the sound of the fish eagle calling to the day and with nightjars calling at sunset.

At times in the evening, even a hyena can be heard “laughing” with the moon!  Join us at Leopard Walk Lodge to enjoy  the never to be forgotten ambiance of our special wildlife reserve and its locality.
