Reservation Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

  • Within 30 days of arrival date – Forfeit 100% of the full reservation value.

  • 30–60 days prior to arrival date – Forfeit 50% of the full reservation value.

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival date – Forfeit 25% of the full reservation value.

  • No-show or early departure – Forfeit 100% of the full reservation value.

Forfeits will be deducted from any deposit monies paid.

Refunds, where applicable, are payable within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation via email.

Deposits

Deposits are payable within 48 hours of confirmation of reservation.

Deposits are payable as follows:

  • Reservations within 30 days of arrival – 100% of the full reservation value.

  • High season reservations – 100% of the full reservation value.

  • All other reservations – 50% of the full reservation value.

Tour Operators & Travel Agents

Tour operator and travel agent reservations require full payment within 48 hours of confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing by Leopard Walk Lodge.

Commission is payable only to approved tour operators and travel agents and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Packages & Specials

Any promotions, discounts, specials, or package offers are valid for new bookings only from the date of publication of the applicable promotion.

Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park conservation levies and gate entrance fees are excluded unless otherwise stated.

All specials and packages are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

Complimentary champagne included in specials and packages is subject to availability and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative items. The standard champagne offered is JC Le Roux.
