How do I arrange a transfer?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your transfer at the same time as your lodge accommodation — especially during peak season. At least 48 hours' notice is preferred to ensure availability.
Can transfers be arranged for large groups?
Yes — group transport is available. Please let us know your group size when enquiring so the right vehicle can be arranged for you.
Are child seats available?
Please request child seats at the time of booking so they can be confirmed with the transfer provider in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?
Our transfer partner monitors flight arrivals and will do their best to accommodate delays. Please provide your full flight details when booking so your driver can track your arrival.
